Privacy policy
Single Post is a private tool for a small, invited team to publish their own videos to YouTube, Facebook and Instagram. There is no public sign-up.
What it stores
- Your email address, role and sign-in records (with Supabase, which also stores your password hash and authenticator secret).
- The connections you make: a Google (YouTube) sign-in token with your channel's name and id, and a Facebook Page token with the Page and linked Instagram account names and ids. Tokens are encrypted before they are stored and are only used to publish your posts.
- Your post settings and the posts you make (title, texts, schedule and their status on each platform), for 14 days.
- Your video and thumbnail, only until every platform you chose has them (or until a scheduled Instagram post is published).
- A log of sign-ins and actions, for security.
What it does with your accounts
It uploads the videos you choose, with the texts you write, to your own YouTube channel, Facebook Page and Instagram account, at the time you choose. Apart from your channel, Page and Instagram account names (to show you where posts go), it doesn't read anything from your accounts, such as messages, followers or other content, and it doesn't share or sell your data.
Its use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
Removing your data
You can disconnect your accounts at any time on the Settings page. See data deletion to remove everything.
